This is a great book, for those who are already competent at cooking. You will need to have a cupboard full of spices.
I use this book at least 3 times a week once you have the ingredients the recipes are easy to cook. Its good for those who want to try a plant based diet which is hugely beneficial but there are also some fish and chicken recipes.

Very easy to use book, the recipes don’t need many ingredients. There is a mixture of meat, fish and chicken recipes for the evening meals.
You don’t need to be Jamie Oliver to cook these dishes and they are quick and easy the majority of them can be cooked in 20 minutes. There are some good tips at the front on following a balance nutritious diet.
