My aim is to help 1 million Dads/Men live a healthier happy life – and to give them the knowledge and tools to also help their children and families do the same.
Feel Better, Look Better and Have tons of energy.
In the UK alone over 33% of males are classified as overweight or obese.
If that is you – no judgement here. I’ve been there.
Whether your goal is to lose weight or get fitter, you will be able to fit all of this in and around a busy life with work and family.
I know with busy careers and a family, it is so easy to let healthy eating and fitness fall by the wayside.
You have probably even told yourself you don’t have the time to even think about healthy eating, let alone your fitting in a regular workout.
I am here to tell you it IS possible. You only need two things:
I can give you first one – the right information. The commitment will have to come from you.
This site is a compilation of everything I’ve learned over the years, in the form of free articles, free workouts, and paid programs – with the sole goal of helping you live a healthier, happier life.

It was a Wednesday afternoon. I had just spent another lunchtime at the gym and was back at my desk. I was eating my usual – a ham, Camembert and cranberry sauce baguette with a can of Diet Coke (it’s healthier because it’s Diet, right?)
My buddy Steve invited me to do a triathlon that his company was entering. A 750m swim followed by a 20k cycle and 5km run.
My first thoughts were – “I can do that! How hard could it be?”
The next day at lunchtime I went to the gym and jumped on the treadmill.
After 2 minutes on the treadmill and less than half a kilometre, my chest was so sore. I thought there had to be something wrong!
Turns out there was – I was much less fit than I realised! I had been spending three times a week in the gym but getting nowhere. I was doing all the wrong things, and on top of it my eating habits were terrible!
Something had to change…
Once I realised I was nowhere near ready to complete a triathlon, I started doing some research.
There were people just like me who also had busy careers and young families but were in peak physical fitness.
So how did they do it?
I took the decision to start educating myself. I spent so much time online researching fitness and diet. I started to piece together information on fitness techniques.
I started to find out things like interval training, and high-intensity interval training.
Through the research around nutrition I came across eating clean, paleo, and understanding macronutrients.
I was able to make better and more informed decisions around my diet. Understanding how the metabolism works, the timing of eating food, and more.
I combined all this new knowledge of nutrition and high-intensity interval training and combined it with my triathlon training. Tweaking and improving my approach along the way.
I went from being unfit and overweight to dropping 28kg and taking part in an Ironman.
It turned out – the way to health and fitness as a busy dad was quite simple! I just needed the right information and the right guidance.
Went to the gym 3 times a week, ate what I liked and drank heavily, still unfit and overweight
Was entered into my first Triathlon, started to educate myself on nutrition and fitness, understood the negative effects of food, the positive effects of HIIT training, swimming, cycling and running
